摘要
以皖江示范区为例,采用文献资料法、结构方程模型检验区域产业转移与土地集约利用的相关关系。结果表明:皖江示范区区域产业转移与土地利用集约度的相关系数为0.92,区域产业转移对土地利用集约产生较强的正向驱动作用。在未来发展中,皖江示范区应重视区域产业转移在促进土地集约利用方面的积极作用,积极推动产业转移和生产要素自由流动,优化配置区域土地资源,提高土地集约利用水平。
With a case study of Anhui Province demonstration zone, the correlation between regional industrial transfer and land intensive uti- lization was investigated with the method of documentation and structural equation model. The results showed that the correlation coefficient be-tween regional industrial transfer and land intensive utilization is 0.92, and regional industrial transfer has stronger positive driving action on land intensive utilization. It is concluded that we should attach the positive role played by regional industrial transfer, and through promoting regional industrial transfer resource and factor of production flow, the allocation of land resources is optimized to improve the level of land in- tensive utilization.
