CT引导下射频消融联合臭氧治疗极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症 被引量:11

摘要 目的 评价射频消融联合臭氧治疗极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果.方法 收集2009年1~12月在海南省三亚市中医院接受治疗的92例极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,将其分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组53例用射频消融联合臭氧治疗,对照组39例注射臭氧治疗.比较两组临床疗效以及下肢疼痛程度.结果 术后3个月进行随访检查,治疗组优良率为84.9%,对照组优良率为61.5%,两组优良率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组治疗前后下肢疼痛评分分别为(4.12±0.52)分和(1.28±0.35)分,对照组治疗前后下肢疼痛评分分别为(4.05±0.45)分和(1.64±0.65)分,两组治疗前后下肢疼痛比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗后下肢疼痛评分比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 射频消融联合臭氧较单独运用射频消融治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果更好. Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of radiofrequency ablation under CT guidance combined with ozone in the treatment of extreme lateral lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods 92 cases with extreme lateral lumbar disc herniation treated in Sanya Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to December 2009 were chosen as research objects,and they were divided into treatment group and control group.53 patients in treatment group were treated by radiofrequency ablation under CT guidance combined with ozone,39 patients in control group were treated by injection of ozone.The clinical effect and the degree of lower limb pain between the two groups were compared.Results The patients were all followed-up at three months after operation.The excellent and good rate was 84.9% in treatment group,while 61.5% in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The scores of lower limb pain before and after treatment in the treatment group were (4.12±0.52),(1.28±0.35) points respectively,which of control group were (4.05±0.45),(1.64±0.65) points,the differences of scores of lower limb pain in the two groups before and after treatment were statistically significant (P < 0.05),and the difference of scores of lower limb pain after treatment between the two groups was also statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion The effect of radiofrequency ablation under CT guidance combined with ozone in the treatment of extreme lateral lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is better than the use of radiofrequency ablation alone.
