摘要 目的探讨多学科联合在重型颅脑损伤合并多发伤患者治疗中的作用。方法选取本院2008年1月~2012年12月收治的96重型颅脑损伤合并多发伤患者为研究对象,选择2008年1月~2009年12月进行常规治疗的48例患者为对照组,2010年1月~2012年12月实施多学科联合治疗的48例患者为观察组,观察两组患者ADL、GCS评分以及死亡率情况。结果观察组患者治疗后ADL评分为(89.36±15.33)分,GCS评分为(14.12±1.22)分,对照组患者治疗后ADL评分为(62.37±10.28)分,GCS评分为(9.89±1.58)分,两组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组死亡率为12.5%,对照组死亡率为22.9%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论多学科联合治疗可以提高重型颅脑损伤合并多发伤患者治愈率,降低患者死亡以及致残率,缩短住院时间,提高患者生存质量。 Objective To investigate the effect of muhidisciplinary joint in treatment of severe craniocerebral injury with multiple injuries. Methods 96 cases of patients with severe craniocerebral injury with multiple injuries treated in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2012 were selected as research objects. 48 cases of patients who were given conventional treatment from January 2008 to December 2009 were regarded as control group, 48 cases who were given muhidisciplinary joint treatment from January 2010 to December 2012 were regarded as observation group. ADL, GCS score, mortality rate and other results in two groups were observed. Results After treatment ADL score in observation group was (89.36±15.33) points and GCS score was(14.12±1.22)points. In control group patients, ADL score was (62.37± 10.28)points and GCS score was(9.89±1.58)points after treatment, difference between two groups was significant (P〈0.05). The mortality rate in observation group was 12.5%, and that in control group was 22.9%,difference between two groups was significant (P〈0.05), the mortality rate in observation group was lower than that in control group. Conclusion Muhid isciplinary joint treatment can improve cure rate of patients with severe craniocerebral injury with multiple injuries, reduce death rate and disability rate, shorten hospitalization time, and improve the quality of life.
