摘要
量子点是由Ⅱ-Ⅵ族、Ⅳ-Ⅵ族或Ⅲ-Ⅴ族元素构成的半导体纳米晶体。由于量子点具有很强的光电发射效应和光稳定性,被广泛应用于生物医学领域,介绍了量子点在医学检测、药物研究、医学成像、生物芯片及溶液矩阵等方面的应用。阐述了量子点的毒性机理,总结了量子点理化性质和环境因素对量子点毒性的影响。
Quantum dots (QDs) are semiconducting nanocrystals that are generally composed of group Ⅱ-Ⅵ,Ⅳ-Ⅵ or Ⅲ-Ⅴ elements. Because of their strong photoemission effect and light stability, QDs are widely used in many fields such as biology and medicine. The applications of QDs on medical detection, pharmaceutical research, biomedi- cal imaging, biochips and solution matrix are introduced. The study on the QDs toxicity are also summarized, the effects of physicoehemical properties and environmental conditions on the QDs toxicity are summarized.
