摘要
以小麦早熟品种河农 32 6及其中熟亲本冀麦 2 4号为试验材料 ,应用间接酶联免疫吸附测定法 (ELISA) ,系统测定了两品种幼穗分化和子粒发育阶段 4种内源激素IAA、ZR、GA3 和ABA含量的变化动态。结果表明 ,在幼穗分化阶段 ,两品种GA3 和ZR含量对幼穗分化进程影响较大 ,IAA和ABA含量较低且变化较小 ,主要通过激素平衡影响幼穗分化。其中 ,河农 32 6的GA3 峰值出现早且绝对值较高 ,其ZR含量也相对处于较高水平 ;在两品种子粒灌浆阶段 ,ZR含量最早达到峰值 ,IAA含量的峰值与灌浆高峰基本一致。河农 32 6的ZR含量在子粒灌浆期间始终处于较高水平 ,且IAA的高值持续时间较长 。
Using an early maturing cultivar Henong 326 and its middle maturing parent Jimai 24 as materials , the dynamics of four phytohormones IAA, ZR, GA 3 and ABA were studied during spike differentiation and grain formation. The main results were summarised as follows. During the spike differentiation, the contents of GA 3 and ZR had larger effect on the process of spike differentiation than those of IAA and ABA, which were low and stable, and affected spike differentiation through the balance of hormones. The peaks of GA 3 of Henong 326 appeared earlier and higher than those of Jimai 24 , and ZR content was higher also. IAA and ZR played more important role in regulation on the process of grain filling. The content of ZR reached peak first, though the content of IAA reached its peak almost simultaneously as grain filling. The ZR level of Henong 326 was higher than that of Jimai 24 during the period of grain filling. Which may provide the basis of hormonal regulation for endosperm cell multiplication to get large sink capacity and high grain weight.
