摘要
患者女,71岁。反复脐周丘疹、糜烂1年,不伴系统损害。皮损组织病理检查示:真皮团块状组织细胞浸润,免疫组织化学染色结果示:S-100蛋白(+),CD1a(+),CD68(+)。诊断:朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症(LCH)。老年人皮肤LCH罕见,误诊率高。对于老年人出现脐周不典型湿疹样皮疹应警惕LCH的可能,应进一步完善各项检查以明确诊断。
A 71-year-old female presented with navel papules with erosion without systemic involvement for one year. Skin pathology showed mass with histocytic infiltration in the dermis. Immunohistochemical staining showed positive for S-100, CD1a and CD68（ ＋ ）. The diagnosis was Langerhans cell histiocvtosis. The elderly cutaneous LCH is rare and easy to be misdiagnosed. When the elderly has atypical eezematoid dermatitis on the navel area, the possibility of LCH should be kept in mind and a thorough examination is neeessary.
