摘要
通过观察N80Q石油套管管端裂纹缺陷的宏观、微观形貌,以及分析其力学性能和化学成分,找出了裂纹产生的原因。结果表明:裂纹产生在钢管穿孔和热轧过程中,主要是由热轧工艺不合理、管坯加热温度不均匀造成的。
Macro and micro morphology of cracks in the end of the N80Q oil casing were observed and the mechanical properties and chemical composition of the oil caing were analysed, and the causes of cracks generation were found. The results show that the cracks generated during perforation and hot rolling, and the reasons of cracks generation were the unqualified hot rolling process and nonumiform heating temperature for tube blank.
