摘要
在850℃,使用金属钠对活性炭进行石墨化,研究金属钠的量对活性炭的石墨化度、表面性质及孔结构的影响;采用X-射线粉末衍射、显微共振拉曼光谱、氮气吸附-脱附法、循环伏安法和交流阻抗法对样品进行测试。结果表明,当活性炭和金属钠的质量比为2∶3时,石墨化活性炭的石墨化度为63.7%,中孔体积为0.36 cm3/g,扫描速率从10 mV/s增至500 mV/s,其电容保持率高达69.4%。
Activated carbon was graphitized in sodium metal at 850 ℃ and the influence of sodium dosage on graphitization degree, surface properties and pore structure of activated carbon were studied. The samples were examined by X-ray diffraction, Raman scattering spectroscopy, nitrogen gas physic-sorption, cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance. Results showed that graphitization degree and mesopore volume of sample were 63.7% and 0.36 cm^3/g when the mass ratio of activated carbon and sodium was 2: 3. Its capacitance retention was as high as 69.4% when the scan speed increased from 10 to 500 mV/s.
