Mine Hoist Brake Problem Based on Computer Simulation Technology

摘要 随着计算机技术的发展,仿真模拟应用到各大领域的机械计算中。文章提出了传统的提升机紧急制动减速器方程计算差别很大的问题,通过实际测量分析,利用计算机仿真得出了紧急制动3个阶段的结算结果,合理的解释了结果差别大的原因,为今后的提升机制动力矩计算提供了有力的依据。 With the development of computer technology,simulation is applied to large areas in the calculation of the mechanical effect. Presented in the traditional calculation of emergency braking of hoist reducer equation varied problems, by actual measurement analysis, using computer simulations reached the emergency braking of three stage settlement results, reasonably explain why the resulting difference, for hoist braking torque in the future provide a strong basis for the calculation.
