摘要
以雪花梨果实为试材,研究了室温(25±2)℃条件下不同浓度蜂胶乙醇提取物涂膜处理对雪花梨果实保鲜效果的影响。结果表明:不同浓度的蜂胶提取物(2%、4%、6%)均可有效降低果实的呼吸速率,维持产品的硬度,降低产品的失重率,较好的维持产品的可滴定酸含量和维生素C含量,其中6%浓度效果最好,但对雪花梨果实可溶性固形物的含量影响不大。
Taking 'Xuehua pear as material, different ethanol extract of propolis were used, the effect of film processing of extract on fresh-keeping at ambient temperature (25-4-2)~C were studied. The results showed that propolis extract at different concentration could effectively reduced the respiration rate, maintain hardness, decreased the rate of weightlessness, maintain the content of titratable acid and vitamin C, and the 6 ~./00 treatment was the best.
