摘要
论文指出:营造"第三空间"是星巴克获得成功的核心因素。高校图书馆建设读者的"第三空间"具有在信息资源、物理环境和地理地位方面的优势,通过借鉴星巴克的经验,高校图书馆可从打造高素质馆员队伍、拓展教育功能、增强交流休闲功能等方面积极营造高校读者的"第三空间"。
This paper points out that building the third space is the core element of the success of Starbucks. Construction of "the third space" of university library readers has advantages in the information resource, the physical environment and the geographical position and great significance. According to the successful experience of Starbucks, university libraries should actively build the third space for the u- niversity readers for creating a high quality librarian troop, expanding education function, strengthening communication and leisure function and so on.
