摘要
以渐开线圆柱齿轮副为研究对象,基于弹性动力学建立了齿轮副动态分析有限元模型并对齿轮副啮合过程进行了模拟。计算了齿侧主应力、齿面接触应力以及弯曲应力沿齿宽方向的分布,得到了齿轮啮合过程中各临界位置的齿根动态弯曲应力时域历程,就单双齿啮合变化对齿根动应力的影响作出了讨论。分析了负载及转速对齿轮的啮合状态、齿根动态弯曲应力的变化和动应力的影响,为齿轮传动系统的设计提供了理论依据。
In order to analyze the dynamic meshing process, the standard involute cylinder gear pair model is built by using elasto - dynamics finite element method. The major principal stress and distribution of tooth surface con- tact stress and tooth root bending stress are calculated, and then the dynamic bending stress time domain history of critical position during the meshing process is obtained. The effect of the change of single pair gear meshing and dou- ble pair gear meshin on dynamic bending stress is discussed. The effects of the load and speed on gear meshing state, dynamic bending stress are analyzed. The study provides useful theoretical guideline to the design of gear system.
