摘要
本文通过研究国外相关文献,并以江苏省高校图书馆馆员继续教育情况为案例,归纳出制约高校图书馆开展馆员继续教育的主要因素,借鉴国外图书馆馆员继续教育的经验,提出构建多元化、全方位高校图书馆馆员继续教育一体化模式的运行机制及保障措施。
Through the reading of foreign literature, and in Jiangsu province university librarian continuing education case, synthesized and summarized the restrict university library in developing the librarians＇ continuous education of the main factors, learning from success experience of foreign library librarian continuing education , the operation mechanism and safeguards to build the continuing education integration model with diversification and all round way are put forward.
