摘要
为解决煤矿深部高应力软岩巷道变形破坏的问题,采用理论分析及现场观测的手段,提出了"三锚"耦合支护技术,通过对巷道围岩浅深孔注浆及巷道支护参数优化,使围岩成为承载的主体,在锚固区内形成刚度较大的预应力承载结构,阻止锚固区外岩层产生离层。结果表明:采用"三锚"耦合支护技术后巷道移近量减小了80%左右,底鼓量减小了65%左右,顶板几乎未发生离层,有效地控制了深部软岩巷道变形。
In order to solve the problem of deformation and damage in deep high stress and soft rock roadway, theoretical analysis and the site observation method were applied to propose the technology of bolt and cable and bolt-grouting coupling support.Based on shallow deep hole grouting in surrounding rock and optimized support parameters to make the rock forming subject bearer and high rigidity of beating structure in the anchorage area, to prevent the anchorage area of strata rock emergence bed separation.The results showed that the technolo- gy of bolt and cable and bolt-grouting coupling support made the roadway deformation reducing by about 80%, floor heave reducing by about 65% and almost no bed separation ,the deep soft rock roadway was controlled effectively.
