摘要
人类进入知识经济时代后,高等教育在推动地方经济社会中的作用日益显著,不仅要主动为社会发展服务,而且要引领社会前进。国外高等教育服务区域经济社会发展主要通过在高等教育规划融入城市规划,促进大学与社区一体化建设,构建教学、科研、生产联合体等路径来实现。借鉴国外经验,我国应建立区域高等教育协调机制、优化高等教育发展的区域环境,不断提高科技创新能力和服务经济社会水平。
Mankind has entered the era of knowledge economy ,higher education in the promotion of local economic and social role is increasingly significant ,not only to take the initiative for social development , but also to lead social progress.Foreign higher education serves regional economic and social interaction ,mainly through the following approaches：making up higher education planning into the urban planning,building teaching, research,production of the commonwealth,promoting the building of university and community integration. Learning from foreign experience,China should establish a regional coordination mechanism for higher education, optimizing the development of higher education regional environment ,continuous improvement to enhance the technological innovation capability and the level of economic and social services.
