摘要
内燃机起动安全性能是内燃机安全要求的重要指标,我国等效采用回弹绳索起动装置安全要求的国际标准,对起动绳索最大作用力考核有明确的数值要求,如何确定绳索作用力是行业中一个待定的问题。本文分析了内燃机起动阻力矩的影响因素,给出了起动惯性阻力矩、摩擦阻力矩、压缩阻力矩的计算方法,讨论了影响起动性能的主要因素对阻力矩计算值的变化,将计算结果与相关试验数据进行了比对验证,得出了一种用起动阻力矩计算起动绳索作用力的设计计算方法。以186FA柴油机、190F、168F、152F汽油机的回弹绳索起动装置为例对绳索作用力进行了计算与分析,得出的结果为内燃机行业提供了产品设计和检验的依据。
The starting safety performance of internal combustion engines is an important indicator of safety require- ments. As to the recoil starting equipment, many researchers in China adopts the equivalent security requirements of international standards and has clear numerical requirements to test the starting rope's maximum force. How to determine the force is still a pending problem. In this paper, the influencing factors in the starting resistance torque of an internal combustion engine is analyzed; the calculation methods of inertia resistance moment, friction resist- ance moment and compression resistance moment is proposed; the variation of the calculated value that caused by the main influencing factors of starting performance is discussed. The comparison between the results and the rele- vant test data, a calculation method is drawn and verified to measure the rope force with the use of starting resist- ance torque. For a 186 FA diesel engine and 190F, 168F, 152F gasoline engines, the rope force of recoil starting equipment is calculated and analyzed, and the design and inspection of products in the industry of internal combus- tion engine will be based on the results of the calculation and analysis.
