摘要
研究了牦牛绒与长绒棉混纺生产细特衬衫纱的工艺措施。根据牦牛绒纤维特点,提出了采用毛型纯纺精梳制条与棉型混并纺纱相结合的工艺路线,生产绒/棉混纺类细特机织纱的方法,对牦牛绒脱色、梳毛制条、精梳成条以及混并后纺等工序的工艺条件进行了试验研究,对获得的绒条和纱线进行性能测试。结果表明,通过与超过80%的长绒棉混纺,实现了2种原料优势互补,改善了牦牛绒纤维高支成纱的可纺性,获得的较低线密度的绒/棉机织纱适合用于衬衫面料的开发,拓展了牦牛绒的应用领域。
This study has focused on the production process measures of yak cashmere/cotton blended fine shirt yarn. Based on the characteristics of yak cashmere performances, the article presented a process route for long-staple cotton/yak cashmere blended fine yarn by combining the pure worsted slivering with the cotton type spinning system. The processing parameters and production conditions in such processes of yak cashmere and cotton blended yarn as yak cashmere stripping, carded slivering, combed slivering, and blending and drawing process, are discussed, and the performance testing for tops and yarns produced are also investigate in this paper. Test results indicated that, when blended with more than 80% of long-staple cotton, the spinnability of yak cashmere fiber would be improved, the complement of the advantages of the two materials could be realized, and the lower linear density of yak cashmere/cotton fine woven yarn would be obtained, which is suitable for the following development such as shirt fabric, and enhances the marketability of yak cashmere.
