摘要
以工业用太阳能热水系统作为研究对象,建立各设备动态模型,结合工业用热水的特点提出合理的控制策略,运用动态仿真的方法,探讨和分析影响系统运行的因素。仿真结果揭示预热水箱体积、水箱设定温度、供水流量以及系统补水流量等对系统运行稳定性和快速性的影响,该仿真结果对系统的选择以及控制策略优化提供了定量依据。
This paper studied the industrial solar hot water system, established the equipment dynamic model, and proposed the reasonable control strategy according to the characteristics of industrial hot water. With dynamic simulation method, the influencing factors of system operation were discussed and analyzed. The simulation results indicated the influence of preheat tank volume, tank set temperature, supply water flow rate and filling water rate on the performance of system stability and rapidity, These findings provide reference for selecting equipment and optimizing control strategy.
