摘要
结合上海虹桥机场扩建工程,为加快工程进度,统一全场地基处理降水方案各项指标,给后续大面积施工提供可行的参考依据,在空侧站坪和西跑道两种高真空降水方案对比分析基础上,从降水施工参数和降水工艺等方面进行了改进优化,提出了一种综合高真空降水方案,并对3种高真空降水方案进行试验段实际降水效果验证。试验结果表明,3种高真空降水方案均能够达到设计要求,但综合方案在土体含水量下降和降水天数等降水综合效果方面具有明显优势。通过将该综合高真空降水方案最终大面积用于后续扩建工程地基处理中,取得了巨大的综合效益。
Combined with Shanghai Hongqiao Airport expansion project, to speed up the progress of the project, the precipitation indexes of the foundation treatment scheme are unified, and a feasible reference is provided for subsequent construction of large area. Based on the comparison and analysis on Ping and West runway--two kinds of high vacuum dewatering scheme, the aspects of precipitation construction parameters and precipitation process are improved, an integrated high vacuum dewatering scheme is put forward, and the effect of the actual precipitation test section of three schemes are verified. The test results show that three high vacuum dewatering schemes can meet the design requirements, but the integrated scheme has obvious advantages in decreasing of soil water content and precipitation days. Through the integrated high vacuum dewatering scheme eventually used in large foundation treatment of the following extension project, the great benefits are achieved.
