摘要 工程训练课程是培养理工科学生工程能力与素质的重要课程。浙江工商大学食品与生物工程学院在非机非电应用型工程类专业工程训练体系构建过程中,以机械、电气、自动化训练为主体,构建了传统机械加工训练、先进机械加工训练、手工制作拆装训练、电气与自动化训练、工程仿真模拟训练、工程创新设计训练、工程创新综合训练和工程专业训练等8个训练模块,在训练项目的具体设计上,除让学生得到较多的实践动手机会外,还强调创新性和综合性,将工程创新理念灌输给学生,在训练中要求学生有所创新。 The engineering training course is a significant link for cultivating the engineering ability and quality of stu dents in higher polytechnic college.In the process of constructing the engineering training system for non-mechanical and non specialties,College of Food Science and Biotechnology Engineering of Zhejiang Business University regarded mechani cal,electrical and automation training as the body and constructed 8 modules including traditional mechanical processing training,advanced mechanical processing training,handmade and disassembling training,electrical and automation training,engineering simulation training,engineering innovation design training,engineering innovation comprehensive training and engineering specialty training.In the specific design for training projects,besides giving students more practical opportuni ties,the college strengthened the innovative and the comprehensive,infused thema the engineering innovation theory and asked them to innovate certainly in training.
