摘要
实施供应链管理是解决目前中国猪肉质量安全问题的有效途径,供应链质量行为协调程度直接决定着猪肉的质量安全状况。本文在阐述优质猪肉供应链质量行为协调内涵的基础上,提出并论证了质量行为协调熵的概念、熵变模型和影响因素,结合实地调查结果,从动力机制、传导机制、实现机制、促进机制和保障机制五个方面剖析了优质猪肉供应链质量行为协调的演进机制。
Actualizing supply chain management is an effective way to solve pork quality and safety problem in China. The degree of quality behavior coordination decides the level of pork quality and safety directly. This paper put forward and discussed the concept,model and influencing factors of quality behavior coordination entropy,based on the connotation of quality behavior coordination. Combined with field survey results,it analyses the quality behavior coordination mechanisms,from the fields of dynamical mechanism,conducting mechanism,implement mechanism,promoting mechanism and guarantee mechanism.
