摘要
本文从知识产权服务诉求与高校创新创业人才培育目标定位的双维度探析了高校知识产权实训服务体系新内涵,探究了现代教育观下高校知识产权实训服务体系的功能定位及其架构和服务模式。意在缩小创新型国家建设对知识产权专业化复合型实务人才诉求缺口的同时,为缓解高校专利证书沉睡于"象牙塔"休眠的科技创新"肠梗阻"格局、促进高校创新实践基地由封闭式向开放式转型,以及为扭转现存的学生创新实践团队数逐年上升而下拨创新项目单位经费数下降窘局提供解题的良方。
Abstract. This paper, from the perspective of two dimensions of intellectual property service demands and orientation based on innova- tive and entrepreneurial talent cultivation in colleges, explores and analyzes new connotation of colleges＇ practical training service sys- tem about intellectual property, and researches the functional orientation, the frame and the service mode of such training system in the view of modern education. It intends to fill vacancies for comprehensive practical talents of intellectual property as required during inno- vative country-building, meanwhile to ease technological innovation ＂intestinal obstruction＂ type patterns of laying colleges＇ proprietary certificate in the ivory tower and turn colleges＇ practical bases from closed-off mode to open-up mode, to transform the predicament with gradually increased innovative practice teams and decreased allocated project funds year after year, and to provide corresponding feasible and effective solutions.
