摘要
本文首先从引起生态产业链系统失稳的因素出发,结合相关研究文献,分析了生态产业链治理动因,提出生态产业链治理体系构架;其次基于国内外生态产业链的治理实践,提炼出企业主导型、政府主导型和利益相关者共同治理型三种治理模式;最后分析了中国生态产业链治理模式的演变路径,即政府主导模式→企业主导模式→共同治理模式。
In this paper, firstly, according to the instable factors, governance motivation for eco-industrial chain is analyzed and its governance framework is presented. Secondly, three governance patterns of government leading pattern, enterprise leading pattern and co-governance pattern are proposed based on the governance practices at home and aboard. Finally, the evolution path of the governance pattern for our eco-industrial chain is studied.
