摘要 对由正交滤波器对构成的相量算法进行了系统地阐述。由于相量算法的滤波特性不仅与输入信号的频率有关,还与时间参数有关,因此提出了相量算法频率特性的概念。在此基础上,通过对不同窗函数及其频率特性的分析,以窗函数系数为参变量,推导了基于正余弦滤波器对的相量算法的通用离散时域算式和最大幅频特性的表达式。以发电机匝间保护为例,针对继电保护对某些典型特征谐波的滤波要求,提出了搜寻最佳窗函数系数的设计方法,使得算法可以有效地滤除特征谐波,同时又能够兼顾对其他非特征谐波的抑制。 Phasor algorithm composed of two orthogonal filters is systematically expounded. Since the filtering characteristic of algorithm is connected with both frequency of the input signal and time parameter, the frequency characteristic of phasor algorithm is defined, which provides a method to estimate the filter capacity quantificationally. With the coefficient of window function as a parameter, the general discrete equation in time domain and maximum amplitude frequency characteristic of phasor algorithm based on sine and cosine filters are deduced. Taking interturn protection of generator as an example, a design method for seeking the optimum parameter of window function is proposed in allusion to the filtering requirement of some typical characteristic harmonic components in relay protection, which makes the algorithm efficiently filter the characteristic harmonic as well as suppress other non-characteristic harmonic components.
