摘要
提出一种三相电能表失压故障状况下利用未失压相电压在线追补失压电量的新方法。介绍了该方法的原理、优点,并进行了误差分析。在对失压状况分类的基础上,给出三相四线电能表和三相三线电能表失压追补电量的计算公式,并给出三相电压平衡、三相负荷不平衡条件下,运用该方法实现的失压追补后的有功电量误差数据。在三相负荷电流不平衡、功率因数变化的现场条件下,如果电网电压不平衡度在规定的范围内,利用该方法可以大幅度提高追补电量精度。
A new method is proposed for the online calculation of make-up electric power during voltage-loss of a three-phase watt-hour meter. The principle and advantages of the method are described, and an error analysis is made. Based on the classification of voltage-loss, a set of formulae of compensating electric power during voltage-loss of three-phase four-wire and three-phase three-wire watt-hour meter is given. Then the test data of the error of voltage-loss energy metering by using this method for compensating the active power under balanced three-phase voltage and unbalanced three-phase current load are given. This method can greatly improve the accuracy of make-up electric power of three-phase watt-hour meter under the field condition of unbalanced three-phase current and variable power factor during voltage-loss, if the grid voltage unbalance factor is within the range specified.
