摘要
建立了树脂工艺品中甲醛的高效液相色谱测定方法。采用水作为溶剂,以超声波萃取法提取样品中的游离甲醛。研究了衍生化条件,优化了色谱条件。结果表明,当超声萃取20 min、检测波长为350 nm、选择C18色谱柱的条件下,可获得良好的定量结果。液相色谱定量限为1.25 mg/kg,在0.05~10 mg/L范围内,线性相关系数R2为0.9995。进行了实际样品的检测、及精密度和回收率试验,相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.3%~5.3%,回收率为89.6%~108.5%,能满足日常检测的需要。
A method for free formaldehyde in resin crafts was developed by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Formaldehyde in samples was extracted by ultrasonication with water as a solvent.Ramification conditions were studied and chromatographic parameters were optimized.The results showed that good quantitative performance was achieved after ultrasonic extraction for 20 min at a wavelength of 350 nm for analysis and a C18 column for separation.The detection limit of this method was 1.25 mg / kg.The linear range was from 0.05 mg / L to 10 mg / L with R2= 0.9995.Practical samples were determined,and precision and recovery tests were studied.The RSD were 1.3% ~ 5.3%(n = 6),and the recoveries of formaldehyde ranged from 89.6% to 108.5%.The established method is suitable for the analysis of formaldehyde in resin crafts.
