摘要
制备了固体酸催化剂H2SO4/C,在微波外场辅助下催化蓖麻油与甲醇合成生物柴油(脂肪酸甲酯),结果显示,微波加热可有效地促进反应的进行。采用单因素法研究了微波加热下,反应温度、醇油物质的量比及反应时间对反应的影响,在此基础上采用响应面法对工艺条件进行优化,优化结果:反应温度为60.98℃,醇油物质的量比为25.39,反应时间为1.55 h时,甲酯收率达到81.76%。
The solid acid catalyst H2SO4/C was prepared to catalyze castor oil and methanol for biodiesel (fatty acid methyl esters) under the microwave field-assisted. The results showed that microwave heating could promote the reaction effectively. The effects of reaction temperature, mo- lar ratio of methanol to oil and reaction time on the reaction under microwave were researched by using the single factor method. The response surface methodology was used to optimize the process conditions, and the methyl ester yield could reach 81.76% when the reaction temperature was 60.98 ℃, molar ratio of methanol to oil was 25.39 and the reaction time was1.55 h.
