摘要
根据攀枝花钢钒有限公司提钒炼钢厂LF生产工艺,分析了影响LF脱硫效率的主要因素。钢包渣的碱度、氧化性和曼内斯曼指数以及处理过程的吹氩搅拌均对脱硫有较大影响。采用还原剂降低钢包渣氧化性、提高精炼渣碱度以及合理控制渣中Al2O3含量等措施,可提高LF精炼过程的脱硫能力。在生产管坯钢时,LF过程脱硫率达到65%以上,并形成了批量生产w(S)≤0.003%的低硫钢的能力。
According to the process of LF refining in Pangang Steelmaking Plant, major factors witch influence the desulfurization rate of LF are analyzed. Parameters like the basicity, oxidation and mannesman index(MI= ω(CaO)/[ω(Al2O3) .ω(SiO2)-]) of the ladle slag and argon stirring during the process have a great effect on LF desulfurization. Desulfurization ability during the LF process is promoted by using refined flux to decrease the oxidation of ladle slag, increase the basicity and control the Al2O3 content of the slag. As the result, more than 65 % of desulfurization rate during LF process is obtained and can industrial produce low-sulfur steel with w(S)≤0. 003 %.
