天津市东丽区手足口病疫情分析 被引量:1

Epidemic Situation of Hand-foot-mouth Disease in Dongli District of Tianjin

摘要 目的了解天津市东丽区手足口病流行情况,为制定相关防治对策提供依据。方法分析2011-07/2012-06手足口病的流行情况。结果 2011-07/2012-06共报告手足口病1 900例,年发病率333.33/10万,无死亡病例;5岁以下儿童占病例总数的91.53%,男性略高于女性,男女发病比例为1.35:1,散居儿童占病例总数的68.37%。5-8月为发病高峰时段,流行以CoxA16病毒株为主。结论东丽区手足口病的疫情较重,应加强手足口病健康宣传教育,特别是托幼机构、村落等容易发生聚集疫情、暴发疫情的集体单位。 Objective To comprehend status of prevalence hand - foot - mouth - disease (HFMD) in Dongli district,and to formulate the relevant countermeasures. Methods Data of HFMD from July 2011 to June 2012 were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 1,900 HFMD cases were reported,with an annual incidence rate of 333.33/105 and no death. The total number of cases of children under 5 years old accounted for 91.53% of the total. The gender ratio of male to female is 1.35 : 1. Scattered children accounted for 68.37% of the total cases. The peak incidence season was from May to August. The viral pandemic strains was confirmed as Cox- A16. Conclusion The epidemic status of HFMD is comparatively serious,and thus pertinent measures such as health education should be timely taken towards kindergartens and villages.
