摘要
水泥窑内二恶英产生条件不充分,排放浓度远低于垃圾焚烧炉;结合源头减量、燃烧过程控制、后期烟气处理等技术,基本可以保证二恶英排放在要求限值之内;但二恶英的监测,尤其是在线监测技术仍是影响当前污染防治的技术瓶颈。
There are insufficient conditions within cement kiln to produce dioxane,and the emission density from cement kiln is far lower than that of from rubbish incinerators.It can be ensured to control dioxane emission density under the allowance limitation by adopting technologies of reducing its content in originals,controlling the burning process,and together with flue gas treatment measures in later stage.But surveillance to dioxane,especially the on-line monitoring technology still remains the bottle neck for development of pollution prevention and control.
