摘要
介绍了一种利用常用的酸式滴定管、移液管和电子天平测定乳液表面张力的简易方法。首先通过测定已知表面张力液体的珠滴质量 ,由σ =D×M计算出D值 ,然后测定压敏胶乳液的珠滴质量 ,并利用同样的公式计算出乳液的表面张力。我们利用此方法测定了 5种压敏胶乳液的表面张力。结果表明 ,这种测定乳液表面张力方法操作简便 ,实用性强 ,结果准确可靠。
This article describes a simple drop weight method for determining the surface tention of PSA emulsions using a common Geiser burette,a transfer pipette and a microbalance. First,the drop weight of liquids with a known surface tensions are determined.The value of costant D is calculated according to σ=D×M.Then the drop weight of PSA emulsion is determined,its surface tension(σ)is calculated using the same equation.Surface tensions of five PSA emulsions are determined using this method.Results indicate this method is practicable and simple, and its results is also correct.
