摘要
首次提出Cu+-H2 O2 -茜素紫分析新体系并用于羟自由基的测定。本方法用Cu+催化H2 O2 反应产生·OH ;加入茜素紫显色剂使茜素紫的颜色发生变化 ,用紫外 -分光光度计测其ΔA值的变化 ,可间接测定羟自由基的产生量。通过测定条件的研究 ,得出最佳实验条件。结果表明 ,该方法稳定性好 ,操作简便 ,测定快速 。
Hydroxyl radical produced by Cu +/ H 2O 2 reaction was assayed by the new method,after oxidized by hydroxyl radical, the A 560 of alizarin violet decreased apparently. The ΔA 560 was department upon the dosage of alizarin violet,CuCl or H 2O 2 individually. The A 560 increased as the reaction lasted. It was demonstrated that the hydroxyl radical scanvenge effect of mannitol, benzoic acid,and thiourea was dosedependent by the new mothod.
