摘要
为了研究不同蛋白水平(高蛋白21.03%、中蛋白18.02%、低蛋白15.Ol%)断奶料对早期断奶藏羔羊复胃发育的影响,试验选取(55±2)日龄断奶的藏羔羊[体重(10.85±0.65)kg]42只,随机分为3组,分别饲喂不同蛋白水平的藏羔羊早期断奶料,试验期为20d,对早期断奶藏羔羊各胃室重量和组织形态指标进行了测定。结果表明:断奶料蛋白水平在15%-21%范围内,蛋白水平越高,藏羔羊瘤胃和复胃增重、瘤网胃乳头、瓣胃中央肌层和皱胃胃底腺黏膜发育越好。说明早期断奶料中适宜的蛋白水平能够促进藏羔羊复胃的生长发育。
To study the effects of different protein levels in the weaning feed, including high protein (21.03%), middle protein ( 18.02% ) and low protein ( 15.01% ) on the development of complex stomach in early - weaned Tibetan Iambs, a total of 42 early - weaned Tibetan Iambs with a body weight of ( 10.85 ± 0.65 ) kg at (55±2 ) days old, were randomly divided into 3 groups, and were fed with the early - weaning feed in the different protein levels, respectively. The experiment lasted for 20 days, and then the indicators were measured, including the weight and morphology Of each compamnent of the stomach in the early - weaning Tibetan lambs. The results showed that when the protein lev- els in the weaning feed were in the range of 15% to 21%, with the higher protein levels, the weights of rumen and complex stomach were increased, and the rumen and reticulum papillae, central muscularis of omasum, and mucosa of the fundic glands in the abomasums developed better in the Tibetan lambs. It is concluded that the appropriate levels of protein in the early - weaning feed can promote good growth and development of the complex stomach in the Tibetan lambs.
