摘要
SNS改变了人们的社交形态。本文以SNS用户归属感为研究对象,通过文献研究归纳出SNS满意度和信任是SNS用户归属感的影响因素,并且结合服务质量、成员关系、互动参与、制度保证等影响因素构建理论模型,以期揭示SNS用户归属感的影响机理。最后利用调查问卷收集数据,通过VisualPLS软件对模型进行了验证和调整,证明了假设。
The emergence of SNS has changed the ways of people' s socializing. This paper takes SNS users' sense of belonging as the object of study, and draws a conclusion that SNS satisfaction and trust are the influential factors for the sense of belonging among SNS users through literature search. We built a theoretical model by combining influencing factors including QOS, member relations, interaction, participation and institutional guarantee, so as to reveal the impact mechanism of SNS users' sense of belonging. Finally we collected data through questionnaires, and then verified and adjusted the model with the help of VisualPLS, and proved the hypothesis to be true.
