摘要
学科是承载和实现大学职能的基础,大学在激烈的竞争中应注重优质学科的稀缺性开发与发展,构建符合自身规律的学科生态发展系统。基于生态学的视角,现代大学学科发展应具备独立联合、稀缺性、竞争与互涉的生态特质。但学科文化壁垒、学科人学术探究目的异化和学科资源均衡分配等因素影响了学科这些生态特质的发展。基此,现代大学学科发展应建立开放的大学科文化,构建柔性化的学科人评价制度,优化学科资源分配的实施路径。
The discipline is the foundation of realizing the functions of university, university should pay attention to develop scarcity of quality disciplines in the fierce competition, establish their own rules of the discipline eco-development system. Based on the perspective of ecology, this paper discussed development characteristics of the university discipline： independence and alliance, scarcity, competition and interdisciplinarity. However, three major resistance of ecological development of the discipline was cultural barriers of the discipline, alienation of academic aims and a balanced distribution of academic resources. Therefore, the paper put forward three paths： building the open culture of the discipline, cultivating flexible discipline evaluation system, optimizing the resources allocation of the discipline.
