摘要
日企管理模式被誉为世界上最先进的管理模式之一,为日本成为世界经济强国发挥了重要作用。近年来以丰田、索尼等为代表的日企在生产管理上积极倡导并推行实施的"6S"和"报联商"制度在企业日常生产活动及员工工作交流方面产生了重要影响,达到了美化工作环境、促进人才培养、加强情报分享、提高工作效率等效果。将这一先进管理经验引入图书馆音像资料管理工作中,在实践中不断摸索与改进,必定会推动音像资料管理工作取得重要成果,实现其为教学科研活动提供资源服务的宗旨。
Japanese enterprise＇s management mode, which has been hailed as one of the world＇s most advanced management mode, plays an important role in the course of Japan＇ s becoming world＇s economic power. In recent years, Japanese companies represented by Toyota, SONY and others actively advocate and promote the implementation of ＂6S＂ and ＂horenso＂ systems that producing a significant influence on enterprises＇ daily production activities and employees＇ communicating at work, and archiving the effect of beautifying the working environment, promoting the talents cultivation, strengthening the information sharing, and improving the work efficiency, etc. Introducing this advanced management experience into library＇s audio-visual materials management and keeping exploration and improvement can surely obtain important results in the management of audio-visual materials and realize the purpose of providing resources for the teaching and scientific research activities.
