摘要
目的建立吹扫捕集-气相色谱/质谱联用仪(P&T-GC/MS)同时分析生活饮用水中多组分微量VOCs的方法。方法采用吹扫捕集-气相色谱/质谱联用仪(P&T-GC/MS)同时分析生活饮用水中26种微量VOCs。结果本方法具有较高的灵敏度和较广的分析范围,方法的线性范围为0.5μg/L^80μg/L,最低检出浓度可达0.01μg/L^0.1μg/L,相对标准偏差为2.1%~8.7%,加标回收率在90%~110%之间。结论本方法是快速、灵敏的,适合于生活饮用水中多组分微量VOCs的同时分析。
Objective To establish a method of purge and trap in combination with Gas Chromatograph/Mass Spectrometry ( P&T - GC/MS) for the determination of minimum multi - mixture of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) in drinking water simultaneously. Methods Twenty - six VOCs in drinking water were determined by P&T - GC/MS. Results The linear range of the method was 0.5 μg/L - 80 μg/L, the method detection limit (MDL) was 0.01μg/L- 0.1 μg/L, the average re- coveries of the method was 90% - 110% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.1%-8.7%. Conclusion The method was accurate and high sensitive, and it is suitable for trace analysis of VOCs in drinking water.
