加热输油管道的初步设计

摘要 根据给定的原始数据,对加热输油管道进行了初步设计,确定了管道的基本运行参数温度、粘度及总传热系数等,然后分别进行水力和热力计算,初步确定所需的泵站数和热站数,最后进行压力校核重新布站,并进行热泵站合一。 Based on initial data, the hot oil pipeline was designed, basic operating parameters of the pipeline were determined, such as temperature, viscosity, and total heat transfer coefficient, and then its numbers of pumping stations and heating stations were separately determined thought hydraulic and thermodynamic calculation; Finally, the pumping stations and heating stations were rearranged by pressure checking, and then they were united.
