摘要
针对效率低、周期长等飞机维修性分析中存在的不足,研究了飞机虚拟维修仿真的设计重用方法。在分析了可重用要素特点的基础上,对动姿重用及其关键问题进行了重点研究。利用动姿库、已完成仿真、虚拟外设等资源进行虚拟人的动姿重用,同时采用逆运动学算法对重用的动姿进行调整。通过实例验证了设计重用能够明显提高仿真效率。
For the low efficiency and long cycle of airplane maintainability analysis, the design reuse approach in airplane virtual maintenance simulation is studied. Based on the analysis of the reuse element, gesture and motion reuse is focused. The gesture and motion are reused with gesture and motion library, complete simulation and virtual peripherals. Inverse kinematics algorithm is used to do the adjustment. An example is given to verify that design reuse can improve simulation efficiency.
