摘要
临床试验探索和确证对目标适应病证咳嗽患儿的治疗及辅助治疗作用。试验设计采用随机、双盲对照、多中心的方法,明确小儿咳嗽诊断,并严格纳入排除标准。以改善咳嗽、咯痰症状及缩短病程等为主要试验目的进行有效性评价,并观察试验用药的安全性,规范试验用药与质量控制。
Cough, Clinical trials explore and confirm the target disease and the patient＇s treatment, secondary treatment, de- sign of experiment using randomized, double-blind, controlled, multicenter methods, definite diagnosis of pediatric cough, and strictly into the exclusion criteria. To improve the symptoms of cough, cough up phlegm and shorten the course of effective- ness evaluation for major test purpose, test and observation of drug safety, and normalizing the test and quality control.
