摘要
图书馆移动服务,泛指图书馆借助移动工具提供借阅、咨询等服务,包括多种服务模式。其中,微博、微信和移动图书馆是三种用户最多、成熟度最高的模式。文章采用实证研究法,首先对三种服务现状进行了调研;然后对三种服务的功能性、内容性、互动性、易用性、拓展性进行评价;最后对三种服务提出了合理展望。
Library mobile services refer to literature service, consulting service and other services that are based on mobile tools, including several service modes. In modern times, microblog, We-chat and mobile library are the most popular mobile tools of library. Based on empirical approach, the paper investigates the current situation of these three services, explains the functionality, content, interactivity, usability and expansibility of them, and finally, presents some suggestions on its development.
