摘要
设计了一种五自由度磁悬浮开关磁阻电机系统,通过分析几种悬浮系统结构的利弊,提出了利用两个相同永磁偏置轴向径向磁轴承作支撑轴承的五自由度悬浮方案。对开关磁阻电机本体及磁轴承进行了参数设计,并对磁轴承进行了有限元仿真分析。构建了五自由度磁悬浮开关磁阻电机实验平台,进行了动静态悬浮实验,实现了系统0—36000r/min的稳定悬浮。结果表明,系统悬浮性能优良,结构紧凑,参数设计合理。
A five degrees freedom magnetic suspended switched reluctance machine was designed. Based on the analysis of several suspension structure styles, a new scheme of five degrees freedom suspension with two uniform permanent magnet biased axial-radial magnetic bearings was proposed. The parameters design on the switched reluctance machine and the magnetic bearing was done, as well as the finite element simulation. The platform of five degrees freedom magnetic sus- pended switched reluctance machine was built, the static suspension experiment was done and the stable rotating speed was able to range from 0 - 36 000 r/min. The results show that the system is of excellent properties, compact structure and proper parameters.
