摘要
目的:研究荆条花不同提取物体外抗氧化活性并进行比较。方法:采用清除二苯代苦味酰基(DPPH)自由基、清除2,2′-氨基(-3-乙基-苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)二氨盐(ABTS)自由基与铁离子(Fe3+)还原(FRAP)等方法对荆条花不同提取物体外抗氧化活性进行评价,并与阳性对照二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)比较。结果:荆条花不同提取物总的抗氧化活性比较结果为:荆条花乙酸乙酯提取物>荆条花70%乙醇总浸膏>荆条花正丁醇提取物>荆条花石油醚提取物。其中,荆条花乙酸乙酯提取物清除DPPH自由基(IC50=35.70μg/ml)、清除ABTS自由基(IC50=7.40μg/ml)与还原Fe3+(当量抗氧化能力为1 110.77μmol/g)的能力最强,但弱于阳性对照药物BHT(上述三值分别为23.00μg/ml、2.30μg/ml、1 532.70μmol/g)。结论:荆条花不同提取物抗氧化活性差异可能与其各个部位中所含抗氧化成分的种类和结构有关。
OBJECTIVE: To study and compare antioxidant activity of different extracts from Vitex negundo flower in vitro. METHODS: DPPH radical scavenging, [2, 2' -azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulphonic acid) diamonium salt] (ABTS) radical scavenging and ferric reducing/antioxidant power (FRAP) assay were used to evaluate the antioxidant activity of different extract of V. negundo with BHT as positive control. RESULTS : The antioxidant activity of different extracts from V. negundo flower were in descending order, i.e. ethyl acetate extract〉 70% ethanol extract〉n-butyl alcohol extract〉petroleum ether extract. The ethyl acetate extract of E Negundo flower had the best ability for DPPH radical scavenging (IC^0----35.70 gtg/ml), ABTS radical scavenging(ICs0 = 7.40 ktg/ml) and ferric reducing (TEAC=I 110.77 ixmol/g),but it was still weaker than that of positive control BHT(1C^0 and TEAC were 23.00 ~tg/ml, 2.30 ~tg/ml and 1 532.70 ~tmol/g). CONCLUSIONS:The difference of antioxidant activity of different ex- tracts may be associated with the type and structure of antioxidant components in each parts of E negundo flower.
