摘要
本文利用国产半导体激光器泵浦掺Yb3+光纤环形激光器获得成功.掺Yb3+光纤长3m,与1053nm/980nm波分复用器(WDM)构成交叉耦合型全光纤环形腔.总腔长为4m;泵浦波长980nm,激光波长为1042.3nm;斜率效率9.6%,激光阈值低于 0.5 mW,利用可调谐钛宝石激光器泵浦,得到该光纤激光器的最佳泵浦波长为978nm.
The Yb-doped fiber ring laser using LD pumping source is reported. The laser system consists of 3 m length fiber and 1053 nm/980 nm WDM which form a crossing all-fiber ring. The length of the cavity is 4 m, pump wavelength 980 nm. The output wavelength 1042.3 nm, slope efficiency 9.6% and threshold smaller than 0.5 mW were obtain. The tunable Ti:shapphire laser is also used as pump source and the optimal pump wavelength 978 nm was observed.
