摘要 针对针织品瑕疵检测过程中,通常情况下是利用传统的光学仪器用肉眼进行瑕疵检测的,无法对针织品瑕疵检测进行定量处理,造成检测的准确性比较差,检测效率比较低,检测的结果受到质检人员的主观因素影响较大;因此,提出了一种基于计算机视觉技术的针织品瑕疵检测方法;利用图像采集设备获取针织品图像,利用计算机视觉技术对针织品瑕疵区域进行定位;实验结果表明,这种检测方法具有自动在线检测能力,检测的准确性更高,极大地提高了针织品瑕疵检测的效率,精度提高明显。 In the process of testing for knitwear flaws, is normally used the traditional optical instruments for defects detection with the naked eye, it is impossible to knitwear defects detection quantitative processing, created inspection accuracy is poorer, detection efficiency is lower, the results of the test by quality inspection personnel subjective factors influence is bigger. Therefore, put forward based on the com- puter vision technology knitwear defects detection methods. Using image acquisition equipment for knitwear image, the use of computer vi- sion technology to knitwear flaws in the area of positioning. The experimental results show that the examination method has a automatic on line detection capability, the precision higher, and greatly improve the efficiency.
