摘要
以自繁的东方百合‘Siberia’小鳞茎(围径4~6 cm)为材料,选择珠芽、分生繁殖、扦插繁殖、试管繁殖途径获得的小鳞茎,研究(2±0.5)℃条件下冷藏生理和活性的一些指标变化特征。结果表明:不同类型的百合小鳞茎,在冷藏期间,可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、硝酸还原酶活性等生理指标都具有一个低谷和一个跃升高峰,珠芽、分生和扦插形成的小鳞茎生理变化表现相近,试管鳞茎的生理变化则明显迟滞一个时期;试管小鳞茎水分含量高,水分散失快,冷藏过程中呼吸强度偏高,出库后测定的发芽率和活力指数均低于珠芽、分生和扦插繁殖的小鳞茎。
Self-reproducing bulb-lets of eastern lily 'Siberia' (perimeter 4-6 cm) as materials, selected bulb-lets reproduced by meristem, bulbel, cuttage and test-tube, studied on refrigeration physiological changes and activity at (2~0.5)%. The results showed that: soluble sugar content, soluble protein content and nitrate reeducates activity of different type of lily bulb-lets all had the bottom and jump height during the cold storage, bulb-lets reproduced by meristem, bulbel and cuttage had the similar changes, physiological changes of test-tube bulb-lets were obviously lagging behind a period. Test-tube bulb-lets had high moisture content, water reduced quickly, and the respiratory intensity was high during the cold storage, out of the cold storage, the germination rate and vigor index of test-tube bulb-lets were lower than bulb-lets reproduced by meristem, bulbel and cuttage.
