摘要
建立了一种快速检测腐竹中鸟洛托品的高效液相色谱方法。确定的实验条件为:利用氯仿提取样品,采用shim.DackvP-oDs柱(4.6mm×150mm,5pm),柱温30℃,检测波长210nm采用甲醇水(体积比为75:25)为流动相,流速0.5mL/min。在确定的实验条件下,乌洛托品在10—500mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数,=0.9991,平均回收率为96.45%,RSD=b1.60%。本方法灵敏度高,结果准确、可靠,可用于腐竹中乌洛托品的含量检测。
A rapid detection of urotopine in yuba by high performance liquid chromatography has been established with the following experimental conditions: chloroform is used in sample extraction, Shim-pack VP-ODS column 4.6 mm X 150 mm, column temperature 30 ℃, the detective wavelength 210 nm; methanol water of 25 : 75 (V: V) has been taken as the mobile phase with the flow rate 0.5 mL/min. Under such experimental conditions, urotopine has a good linearity between 10-500 mg/L (r = 0.999 1) , the means of recovery rate is 96.45% and the relative standard deviations (n = 5) is 1.60%. This method is proved sensitive, accurate, reliable and applicable to determination of urotopine in yuba.
