摘要
运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,对苏北游泳场馆救生员学历结构、资质水平、来源分布、年龄性别结构等现状分析,探析游泳救生员培训机构、培养类别及培养内容,寻找更适合我省游泳救生培养体制,改进游泳场馆救生员管理方案,最大限度地减少游泳场馆事故的发生。
The research methods of literature review, questionnaire survey, interview, and mathematical statistics are used to analyze the status of Northern Jiangsu swimming pool lifeguard qualification level, educational struc- ture, source distribution, age and gender structure, the training of swimming lifeguard, training institutions, cate- gories and contents of training, in order to look for more suitable for our swimming training system, improve swim- ruing pool lifeguard management scheme, reduce the occurrence of swimmin~ oool accident.
