摘要
经管类大学生的培养是促进我国经济型人才培养的重要阶段,经管类大学生创新能力培养不容忽视。湖南省已经开始重视学生创新能力素质的培养并取得了一定的成绩,但在经管类大学生的创新能力培养上还需进一步改善和加强,针对我省经管类大学生培养不足之处提出了相关建议,在培养方案、培养环境及辅导活动上进行完善,以推动我省经管类大学生创新能力的提高。
The education of finance majors is an important phase in the development of economical talents, so the innovation capability of finance majors should not be ignored. Hunan province has attached importance to training innovation ability and has achieved some results, but the program need to be improved and strengthened in some aspects. As for the deficien- cies, we had some advice on talent training scheme, training environment and guidance activities, so as to help the innovation ability training in Hunan province.
