摘要
弹药自动装填技术是中大口径火炮武器系统的核心关键技术之一。弹药自动装填系统直接影响自行火炮武器系统的射速、布局、体积、质量、动力源的功率配置、射击精度等指标。弹药自动装填技术的关键技术是弹药装填系统总体技术、弹药在部件内部运动的顺畅性、部件动作的可重叠性、大扭矩变负载快速定位与低压大电流驱动技术、多机构运动动力源相互影响问题。弹药自动装填技术研究可以促进火炮向无人炮塔和无人火炮的方向发展。
Automatic ammunition handling technique is one of the core and key techniques of medium and large caliber gun weapon system. Automatic ammunition handling system has direct influence to self-pro- pelled gun weapon system in such aspects: rate of fire, layout, physical volume, weight, power assig- ning, firing accuracy, etc. The key points of automatic ammunition handling technique are the whole tech- nique of automatic ammunition handling system, the smooth transmission of ammunition in each part, o- verlapped action of parts, rapid position technique of large torque and variable loading parts, low voltage and big current driving technique, the mutual influence of mechanisms" power, etc. The research of auto- matic ammunition handling technique promotes the development of unmanned turret, even unmanned gun.
